Booking is Simple

Select your rental dates and browse the baby gear available for your trip.

Step 2. Choose how to receive it

Select 24/7 contactless pick-up or one of our delivery options at checkout. Special deliveries and airport handovers
can be requested separately.

Step 3. Collect or receive your gear

We'll prepare, clean and check everything before your rental. Follow your collection instructions or receive your gear
at the agreed location.

How to book

24/7 Pick-Up

Book online

Select Pick-Up when choosing your rental dates. Zürich Central is the default pick-up and return location.

For Opfikon:
Add Opfikon 24/7 Pick-Up & Return to your order as an additional service from the cart page. The CHF 19 fee covers transferring your equipment to Opfikon before your rental and collecting it again after return.

Delivery

Book online

Select Delivery when choosing your rental dates, then enter your delivery address at checkout.

If your address is within our standard delivery area, you'll see the available options:

  • Hotel Delivery & Collection — for hotels with reception
  • Private Residence Delivery & Collection — for private households where delivery and collection can be arranged flexibly

Special Delivery

Send a request

Some deliveries need to be arranged individually so we can confirm the location, timing and delivery fee before you book.

Use the request form for:

  • Zürich Airport personal handover
  • Airbnb or holiday apartment delivery
  • Timed delivery or collection
  • Addresses outside our standard online delivery area
  • Other special delivery requests

If your address is outside our standard delivery zone, a delivery option won't appear at checkout. This doesn't mean we can't deliver to you. Send us a request and we'll check what's possible.

Booking within 48 hours?

Online booking closes 48 hours before your rental begins, but last-minute rentals may still be possible. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll let you know what we can arrange.

Equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between rentals.

Equipment is checked for condition and safety before every rental.

3-day minimum charge

A minimum 3-day rental period applies.

Up to 14 days online

For longer rentals, contact us to discuss availability.

Car seat installation

For safety and liability reasons, we don't install car seats.

Contactless locations

Our pick-up points are secure self-service facilities, not staffed Little Nomads shops.

FAQ

  • Online bookings normally require at least 48 hours' notice, but last-minute rentals may still be possible. If your rental starts within 48 hours, message us on WhatsApp and we'll let you know what's available.

  • We offer 24/7 contactless pick-up and return in Zürich Central and Opfikon. You'll receive access and collection instructions before your rental begins.

  • Absolutely. Our Opfikon pick-up point is around 6 minutes by car from Zürich Airport, making it easy to collect your gear before continuing your journey. Personal airport handover is also available upon request.

  • Yes. Hotel and standard private-residence delivery can be booked online where available. Airbnb, holiday apartment and timed deliveries are available by request.

  • Enter your delivery address during checkout to see the online delivery options available for your location. If your address isn't covered, you can send us a delivery request. We may still be able to help.

  • A minimum 3-day rental charge applies, but you're welcome to collect and return your equipment sooner if you only need it for part of that period.
