For delivery, please book at least 48 hours in advance, or contact us to confirm availability.

The Zürich and Lucerne pick-up locations are both secure locker facilities within a 7-8 minute walk from the city's main train station. The precise pick-up address will be provided in your booking confirmation email.

Yes, we can deliver directly to you upon arrival at Zürich Airport. We regularly meet customers at the arrivals gate or the car rental office, so you can start your journey in Switzerland without stopping in Zürich.

We can deliver to any hotel in the Zürich region. Just let us know what time you need your items by, and we can have them ready at the front desk before you arrive.

Delivery to Lucerne hotels is not currently available.

Yes. You can rent an item for just one day or overnight. A minimum 3-day booking fee applies to all rentals, as every item is thoroughly cleaned, sanitised and safety-checked between bookings. This allows us to maintain the high quality and safety standards that families expect from Little Nomads.

After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with your collection location. The day before your rental starts, we'll send everything you need for a smooth collection, including step-by-step instructions and a secure access link for our 24/7 self-pick-up locations.

Instructions are provided in English by default, and we're happy to send them in other languages if requested.

We deliver to any address within a 35 km radius of central Zürich. You can enter your delivery address at the checkout stage to confirm the cost of delivery and collection.
