You can book up to one year in advance, as long as availability allows. Booking early is always recommended, especially during peak travel seasons.

Online bookings can be made up to 24 hours before your rental start time.
For delivery bookings, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee availability and scheduling.
Last-minute bookings may still be possible but require manual approval. Please contact us directly if you’re booking within 24 hours.

Yes, whenever possible. Because availability and logistics vary, last-minute bookings must be approved manually. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible.

Simply select your rental dates on the website. You’ll immediately see:
- Item availability for your dates
- The total price for the full rental period
If dates are not selected, prices shown reflect the minimum booking period (3 days).

Yes. All items have a 3-day minimum rental period.
Items can still be rented for 1 or 2 days, but the minimum 3-day price applies. This helps cover cleaning, preparation, and the time items are unavailable between bookings.

Baby gear requires thorough cleaning and safety checks after every rental. Short rentals also prevent items from being booked for longer stays. The 3-day minimum helps us maintain high hygiene and quality standards while keeping pricing fair.

Some accessories (such as stroller rain covers) are charged at a flat fee per booking, rather than per day. This will be clearly shown during checkout.
Pick-Up & Delivery

Our pick-up point is located near Müllerstrasse, 8004 Zürich, a short walk from Zürich Main Station.
For security reasons, the exact street number is shared only with confirmed bookings. -
All access is fully contactless and electronic.

Access is usually sent the day before your rental starts.
Instructions can be provided in your preferred language upon request.

Yes. Please share the name, email address, and phone number of the person collecting the gear so we can provide them with access and instructions.

We deliver within Zürich city and surrounding areas.
The standard delivery fee applies within the city. Fees increase outside Zürich, and the current maximum delivery radius is 35 km from central Zürich.
If you’re outside this area, feel free to contact us — we’ll see what’s possible.

Delivery and collection times are agreed case by case based on availability and location.
Same-day delivery may be possible in some situations — please contact us as early as possible.

Short-stay rentals or private residences: It’s usually best for you to be present, but alternative arrangements can sometimes be made.
Baby Gear, Safety & Cleanliness
Description

All items are cleaned after every rental using baby-safe, mild cleaning products suitable for sensitive skin.
- Soft goods (e.g. mattress covers, fabric parts) are washed
- Hard items are dry-cleaned first (e.g. vacuumed or wiped), then wet-cleaned and disinfected

Yes. All inventory is near-new and well maintained. We regularly refresh our stock and replace items showing visible wear.

Items are removed from circulation if they show:
- Excessive wear
- Any safety concern
- Manufacturer recalls (we actively monitor recalls)

Yes. You’ll receive:
- Manufacturer manuals
- Instruction videos where relevant (e.g. car seats, strollers, hiking carriers, appliances)

Car seat safety is a top priority.
All car seats:
- Were purchased new from 2024 onwards
- Meet the latest EU R129 i-Size safety standards
Please note: We do not install car seats, but clear instructions are always provided.
Pricing, Damage & Responsibility

Pricing is based on a daily rate, with a 3-day minimum.
The start and end days of each rental are both counted as whole days, as the items are reserved exclusively for you on both days.
Automatic discounts apply for rentals of 7 days or longer, with increasing discounts for extended stays.

Yes. Cleaning is included in the rental price.
If an item is returned in a condition requiring extraordinary cleaning (e.g. deep stains, urine, vomit, or faeces), we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.

No. We do not currently require a security deposit.
Instead, we offer optional Damage Protection, which reduces your financial liability in case of accidental damage.
If Damage Protection is not selected, or if damage exceeds its scope, repair or replacement costs may be charged.

If you expect a delay, please contact us as soon as possible.
We understand that travel plans change and will always try to work with you. However, late returns may incur additional daily charges, especially if another booking is affected.
Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations must be made in writing.
- More than 72 hours before rental start: Full refund (rental + delivery)
- Between 72 and 24 hours: Delivery fees refunded; rental fees are non-refundable
- Less than 24 hours: No refund
- Early returns: No refunds for unused days
In exceptional circumstances, we may offer a credit at our discretion.
